Use a flexible tape measure and wrap it around your hip bone line (lower waist where the waist band on your underwear sits). In order to get a accurate size measure yourself on bare skin not over clothes. Use this measurement to determine if your underwear size is a small, medium, or large. If your measurements put you between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days, depending on how far you are located from our warehouse in Manchester. We use Royal Mail as our carrier. All orders are tracked & fully insured.
