We offer same day processing for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday. All deliveries are made from our warehouse based in th UK. We use the Royal Mail postage service.
Once your order has been processed we will send you email confirmation to let you know it has been dispatched. We will provide you with order tracking information so you can track your order to your door. Your tracking information will also be available on our website in your online [Account], under [Orders].
We do not send email updates on your tracking status. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number provided.
We can modify your order for you if it has not been shipped. Once it’s shipped, we will not be able to modify or update your delivery address.
If you order shows as delivered on the tracking, it is your responsibility to follow up the parcel with the Royal Mail. We will not resend parcels or offer refunds for parcels which have been shown as delivered.

COVID-19 Update: Shipping times have been extended by an extra working day from 1-2 business days to 2-3 business days. In most cases shipping times are back to pre-covid time scales.
